The practice was not adding patients as quickly as was needed to meet the projections necessary under the changing landscape of the medical industry. Working closely with the practice we are successfully adding a steady stream of new patients. All of these new patients represent a potential for new referrals. All leading to the end goal of a successful and growing medical practice.
Storefront Business
This bakery has been around for 8 decades and found itself competing with new and trendy bake shops. IConsultant Services LLC found the right tools to make it's legacy be rediscovered and relavent to their younger clientele. Now they have a whole new perspective and are attracting a younger customer base who now sees the value of business's longevity and tradition.
Home Service Business
The Landscape Designer was almost invisible to new local clients. They had an outdated website and had no Internet strategy in place. After working closely with management they now have a well planned strategy that is adaptive to the seasonality of the business. They also have less slow periods after the high summer season is over. We have also altered the services offered depending on the analytics we are tracking.
